Belle
Belle Kumble-Rose is a seventeen year-old singer/songwriter from the Midlands, with a passion for
music, fashion, dance and porridge!
Having grown up in a family stuffed full of hit singles and fun, Belle is a confident
performer, writer and singer, busily marking out her own very individual creative vision
Belle grew up singing along to Avril Lavigne and performing whenever and wherever she
got the chance to do so
Her music draws inspiration from her own experiences and how she overcame some
difficult times on her journey. Her songs are powerful and uplifting, with an underlying
message of kindness, hope and strength through adversity
Over the last few years Belle has directed her creative skills to express empathy
through her music and is now the new voice of her generation in waiting. Her lyrics not
only reflect the times we are living in but the emotional highs and lows of her
generation. Belle represents the kids who have no voice, who can’t or don’t speak out…

The new single ’Fluorescent Light’ will be released on Friday 26th Apr
Belle made her debut TV appearance on CBBC’s Saturday Mash-Up! on 22nd Jul last year performing
‘Beautiful To Me’ and she followed this up with a live performance and interview on the 4th Nov
show to promote ‘Follow Ur Heart’. Her last single ‘NV’ released 2nd Feb this year was supported
heavily by over 90 regional radio stations across the whole of the UK with one-on-one interviews
and multiple plays as well as extensive local Midlands press coverage
“‘I wrote ‘Fluorescent Light’ when I was away and feeling a little homesick. I
feel like everyone has something that gives them comfort and for me seeing
the lights on my driveway after a long day away has always made me feel
safe. I guess it’s symbolic of things and people that provide you solace when
you need it most. I’ve also been listening to a lot of 80s music recently and
it feels like it’s definitely influencing my music so it has that nostalgic feel to
it. Whether it’s your family, your bed or the lights on your driveway, this
song is all about things that bring you comfort amongst chaos. Hope ya like
